If you, or the recipient, is not 100% satisfied with the flowers or gifts, at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement or refund your order.
If there was nothing wrong with the service delivered and you would like to return the product because perhaps the recipient no longer lives at the address or already has the product (or similar reasons), we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to recover costs for the delivery portion of the transaction.
